### **Processing Time**

– All orders are processed within **1-3 business days** (excluding weekends and holidays).

– If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed. In such cases, we will notify you via email.

### **Shipping Rates & Delivery Times**

We offer the following shipping options:

1. **Standard Shipping**

   – Delivery Time: 5-10 business days 

   – Cost: $8 Free for over $100

*Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or weather conditions.*

### **Shipping Destinations**

– We currently ship within the Australia only. 

– Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

### **Order Tracking**

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.

### **Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments**

– We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. 

– If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at services@muzmak.com.au within **48 hours** of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. 

– For delayed shipments, please allow additional time for delivery before contacting us as delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

### **Incorrect Shipping Information**

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing an order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
